Online Training

To help accommodate everyone's busy schedule, MYAS is transitioning to a full online training course that will be complete for the 2020 season. For the 2019 season, umpires can complete a scaled down online module that will include a background check, concussion training, code of conduct, and MYAS Points of Emphasis. Umpires who complete this will get a high pay rate for all MYAS league and tournament games.

To take the online course, please go to our site here:

MYAS/GOPHER STATE UMPIRE TRAINING CLINICS

The Minnesota Youth Athletic Services prides itself on having the best youth athletic programs in the nation. We will always strive to improve our events and do what it takes to ensure a great experience for our participants. Our umpires play a big role in meeting these goals. It is very important that our game officials look good, show up ahead of time and umpire the game to the best of their ability. What follows is a list of guidelines and expectations for our umpires in all league and tournament games.
