CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULES

With new associations and coaches this year, the following protocal should be used when cancelling a game.

1. Head coach of home team should contact head coach of visiting team. Be sure your contact information is correct on the site

2. Contact Jason Eckenberg he will take care of updating the umpires, field workers, concessions, etc.

3. Preferably text Shawn 218-481-5559 of the cancellation so website can be updated for parents.  Emails are typically read at night and may not allow the website to be updated as rapidly.

4.  Home team should find a couple of dates available that the game can be rescheduled and contact the opposing coach to reschedule the game. Sometimes games may have to be moved to the opposing site because of field availibility.

5.  Text Shawn of the new date, time and location so that the site can be updated.  Please reference the original night the game was scheduled.
